Product Information:
Material: PLU (PLU represents our proprietary materials.) coating is about 0.1mm thick, the Steel plate is 0.5mm thick.
Distinct advantages:
1. Achieve the first layer speed of up to 300mm/s, optimizing printing time.
2. Lower the heating bed temperature requirements for different filaments: PLA (30-50°C), PETG (50-70°C), and ABS (80-100°C).
3. Enhance the overhanging quality (the lower heating bed temperature, the lower chamber temperature.)
4. Super bonding with printed model, allowing printing to resume seamlessly even after an unexpected power outage.
5. These building plates eliminate the need for any glue during usage.
Other advantages:
1. Easy to clean, just wash with water before printing.
2. Suits variety of filaments: PLA, PETG, ABS (but not ABS+).
3. High temperature resistance, scratch resistance, no deformation, can be used repeatedly.
Caution:
1. Please do not touch the surface with any solvent, such as alcohol.
2. TPU filament is not recommended.
3. The temperatures listed are for reference and the base plate temperature can be adjusted according to the specific model situation.
4. Recommend sealing the box for insulation and reducing the cooling rate when print with filaments that require high temperatures like ABS.
5. The default heat bed identification code is “PEl board”, and the board type can also be selected based on the printing situation.
