Due to the nature of creative and digital services:

1. Service-Based Work

All services (photography, design, content creation) are non-returnable once delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The project has not yet started
• Services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Revisions

We offer revisions as outlined in your project agreement to ensure satisfaction.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Deposits
• Completed digital deliverables
• Custom creative work
